I can not open the lid

I love it, water gets hot in minutes and it goes great with the rest of my stainless steel appliances! It also has a cool blue light that lights up when turned on and shuts off when water is done!

DON'T buy

I thought for $30 Bestbuy is selling something decent but it ended up being a disaster. It doesn't stop heating and by the time we checked all water evaporated and it started smelling burnt.
