    I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because he wanted to have tea to drink at night. It definitely is great for heating water, but a little tedious to clean if you’re thinking about brewing tea at the same time. I’d rather just use it to boil water and brew the tea in a back when it’s in a cup

    Nice kettle, heats quick, and temp settings is a plus. However the lid cracked & broke off after only a couple uses. No abuse or rough use, no warranty coverage(protection plan seemed high, didnt think it was needed). Lesson learned.

    I loved this kettle. I bought it because of the different temperature choices. It broke 9 months in; just stopped coming on. I contacted Chefman and the couldn't replace it with the same product. The newer version is okay so far.

    I bought this to heat water for tea and coffee. Set it up as per the instructions. The auto-shutoff doesn't work. It just keeps heating water after boiling. Also, the lid doesn't open when pushing the button. You have to use something to pry it open. I am very disappointed. Especially since I didn't get my coffee this morning. I am returning it today. I also do not recommend this product.
