Base stop working after one use does not heat items again

Yesterday 12.17.20. he stopped to work by himself.... I'm so upset....

It didn't last... I tossed it to the trash a couple of months ago.

Terrible. Died in couple of months with limited use..

Stop working after 3 months… this is such a waste of money

It doesn't work properly... very disappointed since second week of purchase.

Just picked this up for quicker French Press coffee making. Full featured unit at a REASONABLE price point. The handle contains the on-off and tempurature selection switch. When selecting tempurature the led color ring changes color at the bottom of the glass container. Unit cuts off as soon as selected water tempurature is reached. Since the eletronics are in the base of the container you can only hand wash this caraffe if you use it to make tea with the included diffuser. The diffuser can be easily removed. However, if just using it to make quick boiling water for coffee or cooking it will basically keep itself clean IMHO.... Bottom line-- works great, great price point, and it took only about 5 minutes to heat 1.5 ltr. of water (max.fill) from room temp to boiling....Excellent !!

This product is attractive and easy to use. I keep it in a corner of my stone counter top where is away from any water splashes or external heating. I was seriously in love with this product until a day ago when it stopped working. I can only think that because it is not even a year old, this must have been a factory process issue or manufacturability lack of quality control. Dessapointed to say the least.

Heats up very quick, love this, hot water for my teas

I was super excited to try this tea kettle out! I've only had it for a little over a moth and I'm already having some problems with it and now I have to return it. First, the bottom of the kettle is starting to rust even though it's stainless steel. I always make sure to not leave any liquid in it and to let it completely dry out. Second, the beeping noise it makes sounds like the kettle is dying out. Thirdly, it takes FOREVER for the water to heat up now. Lastly, the lights on the kettle are dimming and it just seems like it's just about to stop working at anytime. Will be returning and buying a different brand.

I love this kettle. It has a beautiful light and steep the tea very well. It has a auto off control. I use it very often.
