The handle gets very hot when pouring out water which I find kind of weird. And you have to shake it to get out all the water because of the design...the price is good which is about the only thing so spend a little more and you will get a little more.

The lid doesn't close properly and now when the water reaches a boil, the lid pops open and it doesn't shut off. I plan to contact the company since there is a 1 year warranty. But the thought of paying them $15 to ship it for repair doesn't seem quite right. I probably won't buy this product again.
