No grease anymore

It has a very consistent time and temperature. Once you adjust your settings ( time and temperature) for the items your cooking it is fantastic. Everything tastes as good or better than a traditional deep fryer without the grease and the mess.

Good for an entry level fryer

However, if you don't shake the basket during cooking they can be soft. It is easy to clean. If you are looking to try an entry level air fryer, I would recommend this one.
