Great! Healthy cooking!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this air fryer! I have used it about 6 times so far. The suggested cooking time is not accurate. When cooking chicken pieces, I've made it 3 times so far. It says 30 minutes, but I find that an hour is more accurate for it to be fully cooked/more crispy. I could fit about 5-6 pieces of chicken at a time. The max setting on the cooking timer is 30 minutes then it turns off, so I have to set it for another 30 minutes. The first 40-45 minutes set it at 360 degrees, then last 15-20 minutes I turn it up to the max setting which is 390. It taste like baked chicken with a fried chicken crunch.. I've also made hot wings, fish, chicken nuggets, fries. I usually use cooking spay on the bottom of basket before I put the food in, then spay the top of the food the last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Its suggested to add about a spoonful of oil in the bottom for more crunch, but i don''t feel it helps, it just sit there I feel the cooking spray is better. I read other reviews before buying, so far, I haven't experienced any rust or peeling on the bottom/cooking surface. To clean i wipe with soft side of sponge only, no abrasive products! If food is stuck on it, soak bottom part of the pull out basket only in another contains with warm water, 10 minutes max. It usually soften up by then and wipes off easily. NEVER SOAK/ PUT THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE PULL OUT IN WATER!! If food is stuck on that inside part, I have put maybe 1/2 cup warm on the bottom to loosen the food then soak it up with sponge and wipe clean. I NEVER LET WATER TOUCH THE SHINY METAL PARTS INSIDE!!! To be clear. It's 2 parts to the pull out bottom. When you pull it out, it's also a basket that you take out that part.

Perfect For a College Student OR Family
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a Fantastic Air Fryer! My friend had one of a different brand and raved about it. I saw this one & ordered right away! This one is substantially larger & could easily accommodate a meal for a family. It heats up & actually cooks incredibly fast. Everything comes out thoroughly & properly heated. I have used it for the usual chicken wings, fries, potatoes, shrimp, etc. But what inpressed me was when it reheated my leftover pizza slice without any burning or scorching! I hsve evn chosen this over my toaster for my breakfast Toaster Scramblers (like Toaster Strudels but with egg, cheese, bacon/sausage!) Its only been a month so I'm still experimenting but I have zero doubts in its performance! As you can see, it doesnt take up too mich counter space; it has a quick temperature/time guideline on the top along with a handle for easy placement if you choose to not store on the counter. The front display is self explanatory meaning little to zero confusion upon usage. The handle on the tray is very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. There is a little button with a clear cover that allows the user to lift the frying tray out of the canister. It comes with a mini recipe book to give you a jumpstart of inspiration & I they are actually pretty good! Not pictured but it has a special code that gives you access to the online community that has tons of recipes! All in all, Yes! Get this! Whether you are a Pro or Novice in the kitchen, tech savvy or technologically challenged, or are single or feeding a crowd! Very effective, Easy to Use & Clean, and Overall...a great addition to anyone's kitchen!

Quick and easy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase dollar store spring rolls, it crisps them perfectly for a quick tasty an inexpensive snack. Took to long to pan fry and too much oil used. No oil added with the air fryer. I love it.

Love my Airfryer!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't sure about cooking with an airfryer but I am so glad I gave it a shot! It seriously is the best thing I've bought in a long time! I use it every day! The food comes out perfect and cleanup is a breeze! Cutting down on fat is a pretty awesome bonus too!

Worth It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got my air fryer when it was on sale for $39.99 (retails for $99.99) I had seen reviews but didn’t want to spend that much. First thing I cooked was naked chicken wings. Cook time says 15 mins but I added and extra 10 to be on the safe. I’ve been hocked ever since.

Quick Foods Made Easy
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my finding, this item read the best option for the money. I've now used this unit beginning 1/2019, the basket handle release button clear cover broke off in first month, and only once since new in 7/2020 has the timer knob stuck in place without counting down. The fix was to adjust timer knob 1 additional minute, hasn't repeated issue since that one time. Now, the real gripe is the air fryer basket and the quality of non-stick surface material used. The overall handling of fryer basket feels lightweight & semi-flimsy and on the cheap-side, but the non-stick fryer basket surface makes this unit only 3 STAR due to extreme poor quality material used for the non-stick property. The fryer basket's non-stick surface began its peeling at first wash and has degraded completely since, food sticks during cook cycle requiring a heat resistant spatula or tongs to remove cooked foods. Fryer basket cleanup isn't simple, but requires soaking and serious cleaning effort to insure a bacteria free basket. This air fryer fries foods extremely well and evenly if you follow pamphlet instructions, so don't think you're going to fill this basket to the brim and get a great result because it isn't designed that way. This air fryer unit handles in my opinion adequate servings for two persons, maybe four tops depending on the type of food being prepared, but not more. This is my first air fryer and may be my last, my thinking of these apparatuses are in-line with most gimmicks leaving one's questioning is it really necessary. In my pics I had just used it, and I wanted to show the clean-up needed.

Healthy Habits Here I Come
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was one of the greatest items I have purchased in awhile. From French fries to steak, from fish to lime chili hot wings made feom scratch (sauce and all). This device gets the job done. Its well priced, the perfect portion controlled size, and contains all the basic features you need to begin losing weight with an air fryer.

Q: QuestionI noticed that there are 4 rubber like tabs on the wire tray, do they need to be removed
Asked by Blinky.
- A:Answer No you leave them on. They stop the tray from falling out and burning you when you're dumping food out. I found this article looking for replacements because we somehow lost one.

Q: QuestionThe lights are not turning to show the air fryer is on. How do we know if its on?
Asked by Jerrie.
- A:Answer The light button blinks when I turn it on I push it and it stops blinking but no light?

Q: Questiondo you use oil in this fryerSome of reviews mention uses small amount of oil. Do you actually put oil in basket?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Most store bought items that have a bake option to simulate frying (fries, tater tots, breaded fish, chicken tenders, strips, patties, etc.) all have a small amount of oil already to help them crisp up when you bake them in the oven instead of deep frying. Those types of items do not really need to have any oil added at all and generally come out great as they are. For other types of items, like say you cut home made fries, it's better to add a small amount of oil. You don't submerge it in oil like a deep fryer or even sit it in a pool of oil. Just add a little coating / sprinkling to the outside of the food. What I find best for this is using olive oil in an oil spritzer bottle. They can be found at many favorite housewares or retailers on line. Put oil in, pump a few times, and you've got a fine mist aerosol of oil to lightly spray food. Cooking spray works too but can add unwanted flavors or chemicals to your food. Uncoated meats on their own don't require any added oil.

Q: QuestionMy Chefman Air Fryer stopped working two months before which is still on warranty. Tried contacting customer care during same time, they advised me to send an email to customer care. Still awaiting response to my email, any suggestions ?
Asked by nasub.
- A:Answer Chefman fryer has a 10 cent thermostat fuse that goes bad. The problem is getting to it. You have to completly dismantle the unit. This problem is common with high temp appliances and particularly chefman.

Q: QuestionHave you noticed any chipping of the finish on the basket. The one I have is a mess after 3 months. Much of the coating has blistered and peeled off.
Asked by Gr8ful.
- A:Answer Apparently after 3 months is when it all starts to go down hill. Mine just stopped working today (3 months after purchase). I used it yesterday and it was perfectly fine. I guess it only lasts for 3 months.

Q: QuestionCan you put breaded fish or pork chops in the air fryer or even an egg and flour to coat?

Q: QuestionWe bought this at Best Buy on Halloween and in just a month it stopped working. Can't find a reset and it won't come on at all..... We have tried calling support with no answers and we have emailed with no reply. $100 wasted... Do NOT recommend.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Same thing happened to me, within one month it stopped working. Chefman customer support has not contacted me back. I have called and emailed with no results but I just happen to plug it up after a few days and it started working back again. I also do not recommend because you do not get the support from the company.
