“We bought this at Best Buy on Halloween and in just a month it stopped working. Can't find a reset and it won't come on at all..... We have tried calling support with no answers and we have emailed with no reply. $100 wasted... Do NOT recommend.”

Same thing happened to me, within one month it stopped working. Chefman customer support has not contacted me back. I have called and emailed with no results but I just happen to plug it up after a few days and it started working back again. I also do not recommend because you do not get the support from the company.
