“My Chefman Air Fryer stopped working two months before which is still on warranty. Tried contacting customer care during same time, they advised me to send an email to customer care. Still awaiting response to my email, any suggestions ?”

• Chefman fryer has a 10 cent thermostat fuse that goes bad. The problem is getting to it. You have to completly dismantle the unit. This problem is common with high temp appliances and particularly chefman.

• Be persistent, it usually took me 2-3 repeat emails before they replied to one of them. I wouldn't suggest that you wait more than 5 days for them to reply before sending another email to them. The process with them is very slow and frustrating.
