• You can definitely put breaded fish, chicken, pork in here and it makes perfectly! Haven't try egg yet though.

• I did a coated chicken nugget recipe. Make sure to mix your crumb topping with a slight bit of oil before you coat your protein. The book that came with it has a great recipe. It will be delicious!

• I just did breaded fish and the beading came out crispy while the fish didn't dry out. Use just a touch of oil in the bottom.
