Nice product

I was skeptical at first but after trying it just once I knew I was hooked and use it often. Great for a 2 person family.

Second one works

Returned it to the store and it was out of the 14 days (I hadn't noticed this) but the manager swapped it out for a new one. Upon getting the new one setup we have used it almost everyday to make sure it is going to be a good unit it has been fine so far another 2 weeks in. This unit is way quieter that the first unit causing me to think that it was just bad from the start.
