I didn't know what to expect but I was hoping it was more like real frying.

Works just like it says. Only it stopped working all together shortly after i got it

Wish I didn't buy. Can't find a tasty recipe to cook and please my family

it worked perfectly fine for a year but all the sudden broke with no reason

This product is ok for some items but other things I have tried didn't turn out very good.

I was a novice at purchasing a air fryer. Was at Best Buy product was the only one and on sale couldn’t wait to purchase air fryer.The sales person told me he had this very one and so I considered it. I purchased the Chefman. Brought it home tried it, I was not liking the cooking features, and cookbook but tried it. I cooked chicken, and baked potato it did not work took 3x longer than regular process. Next day called company received no help from company. Asked questions but received no intelligent response on how the product was too work. Returned product to Best Buy.

It’s a waste of money. Its more like a mini oven and takes forever to cook food.

I haven't had this product over 3 weeks and it will not come on any more. Tried to take it back to Best Buy to replace it but they said that it was over 15 days. So, now I have to file a claim, wait for the paperwork from Chefman, send back the paperwork with the cord I have to cut off the product. To long of a process.

Don't believe in this "oil-less frying" hot air. It doesn't work. It is a glorified oven with a fan. Basically a convection oven. The problem is: you put in your raw potato slices or yam slices (or whatever), the burn is uneven. You get some chip that is burnt to black char and some still remain raw. Unless you separate the chips evenly. Like... you can fry 10 to 15 potato chips in one batch, every 5 to 10 minutes? You have to adjust the temperature and the timing for everything you want to "fry". Once you shut the drawer, you can't see anything inside. Like how the chips "being cooked". It is a trial-and-error to get it right, per ingredient. You can do it with your regular oven just the same.

I used it a couple of times before I decided this is not what I need. It is now in the storage room. It is not really a fryer, or at least when you use this don't think you are going to get anything close to deep fried. I knew it is not a deep fryer but i was expecting better quality food out of this.

Timing takes a lil long other than that works great fries anything

Good idea but limited use and hard to clean and more counter space

Was good i liked it but i returned it back. But experience was good

Thought maybe I will really like this product but unfortunately as I made fries one time, per recommendation Fries should take max 20min at 360°, I cooked them for over 50 mins but they were still uncooked and taste was so weird!

Poor quality of air fried chicken, French fries etc.

I thought it was decent def. like the flavors. Love it
