Just had it take a dump, luckily warranty covers it

Hard to regulate, cooks uneven taste suffers significantly.

This air fryer is just ok. Wouldn’t purchase again.

This was a good product but it lasted less than a month

Worked great for 4 months after that it stopped working out the blue - best buy told me to contact Chefman direct which i did over email because you wont get anybody on the phone - they replied my first email asking for more info on the unit and after they received that information i haven't heard back from them and still cant get them to reply my emails - very disappointed with the unit and their awful customer service.

My main reason for purchasing this product was because I wanted the luxury of fried food taste without the grease and calories. So far my chicken does not have the crunch or crispyness I was looking for, and the recipe book included had only a few pages and recipes

I used this item one time. I started with something simple- French fries. It takes a long time to cook (more than 20 minutes). They did not have a good taste. I would say it is the same taste as if they were cooked in the oven. The basket is easy to clean.

I used this air fryer for about a year then bought the ninja. I can really tell the difference so I have this on away and still have the ninja.

I love my air fryer but the plug is toooo short. I dunno how I’ll use it as all my electrical outlets are far by the wall. Argh! It’s ridiculously short. It’s made for table tops with outlets. I wish I returned it!

I bought this with the expectation that it would replace frying in oil in order to be healthier. No such luck... This unit took forever to cook stuff, and cooked unevenly. I could bake much quicker and get much more consistent results.

I bought 2 air fryers as part of a black friday sale. I kept one for myself and gave one to my son. After about a month (3-4 times using the air fryer) both units stopped working. The machines would not heat and the fan would not blow. Although I was able to get them replaced under warranty, I'm not confident that the replacement units will last. Save your money and buy a different air fryer

The fryer worked well and met my needs. It didn't last much past a year. It was only used on average once a month. Unfortunately the product died after the 1 yr warranty.

One of the worst purchases I have ever made. The appliance worked twice. When I tried to use it for the third time it did nothing. It wouldn’t preheat or anything. I tried contacting the company on several occasions both by phone and through their website. No response. I left messages. No response. I will never purchase anything from Chefman again.

Bought this item less than an a year ago. We loved this item, but it stopped working and was a real disappointment. Wiah it was still under warranty. Would like another one.

This is so far a very bad product. When it worked don't get me wrong it worked great! But after 2 uses it just stopped.... I tried calling chefman and emailing them with no reply. its only 50 bucks so I guess ive learned my lesson here. I would not recommend buying this without a warranty bought from best buy

Unit no longer works after two month, doesn't heat anymore

It was fine for a few times and then the basket started to peel off and lose the non sticky coverage.

Used to make french fries, seemed to cook on the outside but some of the fries did not seem completely cooked. Cooked a little longer but did not taste well.

It takes too long to cook things to be considered an item of convenience. I bought it as a gift for my wife and found it wanting in many areas.
