Bought it last black Friday of 2017. It fell short as compared to its farberware counterpart. No longer working before 2018 black Friday.

The item felt old style with this large knobs and antique display so I returned it as soon as I saw it, it kind of felt like a very poor quality item

you still need to use oil in order to coat the food when you air fry ! - and you have to keep checking in after a few minutes to see if the food is done or not so it was more work than I anticipated. I thought it would be quicker to cook items and it really was not. It was not the easiest clean up - and clunky to wash more than one piece.

Used it twice and after the second time the nob wouldn’t slide over to adjust the temp. Had to get a new one.

Times and temps suggested are extraordinarily off-base. Additionally, ours just decided to stop working. Heating element no longer heats. Very bad :(

Had this for about a year. It stopped working. It was good while it lasted but for the price I assumed it would have lasted longer

The fryer was great while it worked but unfortunately it quit working after 3 months. It started not heating occasionally but then a few days later it started not turning on at all. We've tried the customer service phone number in the manual and email address but can't seem to get anyone to respond. The phone number says for faster service email but after sending an email and not hearing back after a week I find that hard to believe.

The air fryer is not for me. I thought it was going to be like a fryer, but it’s not. I returned it back to the store

I purchased this product on Black Friday 2017 and open the Chefman air fryer after Christmas, and the numbers around the dial is melting off in less than 2 month from opening the product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. Invest in another brand. Since I purchase it in November the warranty is off the product anda hassle to return so this is money that is thrown away.

Saw item on TV commercial and wanted to try it so we'd be more healthy but air fryer disappointing not as good as expected

I purchased this hoping the hype would be true. I now have yet another appliance that I will never use.

It only lasted 2 years, a little disappointed, cause we only used it a couple times a week.

I was very excited about the product, but I used a couple of times and doesn’t really work ok

It would kind of cook things like a weak toaster oven, but didn't fry anything

It's basically a oven , doesn't taste like a fried food and recipes are harder to find

Worked great for about a year then it stopped working. Called their operations and it cost more to ship to repair and ship back again. Not a recommend. Should have Yelped it before others having the same issues.

I did not like it. It did not give a satisfied results. I am looking for other product.

This product isn't made for cooking raw food. It's made for that frozen stuff you buy for your kids to prepare for them selves. It stop working and 3 uses. The suggested cook time were not long enough to cook the food. I tried wings fish and other chicken pieces. I think it burnt out. I would not recommend this product
