Do not buy this item it is a cheap piece of junk! After the third use the handle wouldn't lock anymore and after the tenth use in two months the fryer stopped working!!!! Do NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! You will be wasting your money!!!

I was skeptical when I read the reviews to get this item. But after I decided to get it and I regretted it right away. I used it once and it never worked again. I returned it. I should've spent the extra 50 for the good one.

This device cooks without oil but don't expect true fried taste.

The final result is far from real fried food experience

Pan peels after 4 moths. Literally replaced 5 times.. After 5th replacement i gave up. Worked good until i get metal paint chips in ur food from the non stick material.

was disappointed with this air fryer it didn't give us the results we were expecting,not at all like deep frying frys were ethier dried out or limp and soggy.you could get the better results from a regular oven.

Used the product to fry chicken and fries. Terrible performnce. Took over one hour to cook the chicken. After only one week of use the product stop working.

I bought this item and put it right back in the box. Bestbuy sent me an used item. It looks dirty in the insde and the numbers in the front are faded. I will be going to the store to have them replace it

Got this for my wife for Christmas worked only 3 times before not working at all tried everything and still couldn't get it to work. I got online and reviews did state it didn't work well took back.

the food is terrible. Burnt on the edges, raw towards the center. Fries are burnt on one end soft on the other end and raw in the center and taste dry and unflavorful. Worst purchase I have ever made

I was using the air fryer maybe once in 6 weeks and it was really good. Worked really well, but then I started to use it every week for a month and it stopped working all together, just like that. Extremely disappointed.

After receiving, only once I could use it successfully. On the second run it was dead. By the time return window passed. total wastage of money and time. I was not able to reach out to customer service yet because of holiday.

I made the suggested potato chips; NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. I was out of town and was unable to return the Air Fryer in the 15-day period allowed by Best Buy.

I am a huge fan of Air Fryers in general and was thrilled when this went on sale. This particular item has broken for the second time in 6 months. Glad I got a 2 year warranty with it but will not buy a Chefman again.

I bought the Chefman Air Fryer for my Dad as a Christmas gift 2017..He loved it...but it stop working within 6 months..I bought myself a Tristar Air Fryer in 2016 and use it everyday and had no problem...

didn't last for more than 2 weeks. called the company and it cost me over $15 to send back. they sent me a new one and this one died also after a couple of weeks

Literally used this thing FOUR times, went to use it the 5th time and it wouldn’t turn on. The timer would work, but no heating element or convection fan would power. So annoyed and disappointed.

I have contacted Chefman about my new air fryer about not receiving booklet instruction or recipe booklets. Have gotten them yet. My fryer is still in the box . I can’t rate something I haven’t tried yet.

3 months and now it doesn't work. U have to ship it to them and pay postage for shipping back. Will cost about $40, might as well get another one.
