I use this machine quite a lot and it does pretty well for frozen french fries, if you do small portions. Doesn't do quite well on other items you would normally fry, but I'm not a big cook, so for me this works pretty well. Cutting oil intake it's a great bonus.

Been looking for an air fryer for quite some time and I stumbled upon this one. in which it was on sale for a great price. Put it to use as soon as I got home. If you don't have one you better get you one great for frying chicken or anything else.

As an avid deep-fryer, I do need to start eating healthier. I didn't want to lose the flavor of deep frying foods. Three words, pretty darn cool (this machine is)! Just a dab of oil in the bottom and WHAMO! Foods that taste fried without all the oil.

The air fryer worked good for the time that it lived, cooked through, fast and efficient, but sadly went to use it today, less than 90 days from purchase date and it refused to power up.

I received my air fryer to find that it is not an air fryer. It still uses grease. It's still a grease fryer by another name. Very misleading. Only knew about it when I opened the shipping box and on the cover it states uses grease. This is not what I wanted, I want an "air fryer" not a grease fryer. Sorry, but sending it back.

I love this air fryer . it gets the job done BUT if you use it too much the "timer " numbers will start to rub off so you will not know how much time your cooking the food for ..... Since the letterings is the same Im sure it will rub off soon .... Recommend getting a digital one .

Cooked fries, cheese sticks and lumpia. It didn't take long to cook and you don't have that greasy food. There is no oil smell after cooking. It heats up fast.

I was a little skeptical on how things would taste, but they taste great! Definitely a great purchase.

This was perfect size for frying for my wife and myself. I liked it so much I went out and bought another one for a friend.

Love the fryer but the other day it just stopped cooking. Used it about 2 months, sometimes pretty heavily. I'll get another air fryer , they make life easy for a Dad of 5.

Didn’t last very long before it started acting up and wouldn’t heat up

I recieved this as a Christmas gift after my fiancé saw the positive reviews. I couldn't be more disappointed. It only worked 4 times then shut off in the middle of use. At first we called Best Buy itself because it says that geek squad can fix or replace it and we're told to bring it into the store. Well the man at the counter looked at my fiancé like he was crazy and condescendingly told him that's not something they take care of there and to call the company. I was told by the first person I talked to that this was a common problem and that there was a 'bad batch.' They took my information and email address to begin the replacement process, which was 3 weeks worth of emails asking for the same information I gave in the first phone call followed by a written form I had to send in also with the same information along with paying to ship it back! Still no replacement in sight. Horrible product and customer service. I don't even want a new one at this point.

bought one it lasted 3 weeks then exchanged then second lasted only 3 months. junked it and am gonna purchase a different brand. stay away from this one!

It was an awesome air fryer for the first 2 months. Worked well, easy to use. But after about a month and half it would only work if you didnt push in the basket all the way. but then a few weeks later it wouldnt even work that way. I have seen a few other people on amazon reviews that has had the same problem. I would recommend going with a different air fryer.

Between various family members we ended up with three of these, all purchased about the same time. Worked great, everyone loved them. Then at about the same time, all of them stopped working. Took one apart to find out why it quit working, and found a thermal fuse rated at 172.2°C had blown. That works out to 341.96°F, or well below 390°F they let you set via the controls.

I purchased this item from Best Buy and it completely stopped working in less than 60 days about 45 days to be exact. As ALWAYS! Best Buy does not deal with returns they push you back to the manufacturer (terrible service from the gal at Best Buy) . I will never buy from this store again I am done with their pay for every little thing, questions, or returns policy! why do I have to pay extra to warrant this product for more than 30 days? It should just work you would think. CHEFMAN is even worse in regards to customer service I have been trying to call for two days and each time it goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed, left messages and no reply. Cheap product terrible service!

Purchased th beginning of April and stop working middle of September. One year warranty will cost you half the cost of the unit to ship back. You have to pay shipping back to you of $15.00 to as they put it, "to facilitate the speed and accuracy of your return please enclose $15.00 for shipping and handling." I guess I should expect this from a product trademarked to Plus Its Cheap, LLC.

I thought it will be a good purchase for some indian fried recipes with chickpeas flour (besan) but it didn't turned out to be tasting the same as fried ones. The chickpeas flour felt uncooked and raw. Plus it will drip down in bottom of the pot.
