This product broke within 6 months of use. The basket was peeling off a little bit as well and now I’ve been trying to get Chefman Customer Service to get me a replacement but it has been almost a month and no luck!! My next step would be to file a claim with my credit card to see if I can get a refund because Chefman company has been useless at this point! I based my purchase of this product off of this website reviews but clearly the rating is USLESS! This airfrier is so bad quality I would not recommend to ANYONE! I typically buy good products at Best Buy but this product has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made!

I purchased this item for myself and a couple more for family members to give as Christmas gifts. I enjoyed the fryer with no problems for 4 months and all of a sudden it quit heating. The timer still ticks, but no heat. I emailed Chefman customer service a week ago and of course, have not gotten a response. I'm embarrassed that I gave these as a gift since they are such poor quality. 99$ is too much to pay for something that only works for 4 months.

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. We've used it at least 3-4 times a week. It stopped working today. Very disappointed. Will not buy this brand again.

I bought 2 last year for my kids for Christmas and they both just stopped heating up within 6 months. I went to the company's website and submitted a request. No one replies. Called numerous times and left a message on every option I could. No one returns your phone call. They have warranty for a year. But you can not get a response from them to honor it. They are the worst product on the market. I cannot even give them a 1 rating.

We loved this air fryer for the 3 weeks it worked. It will now no longer turn on. Seems to be a common issue when reviewing other reviews. To add insult to injury, Best Buy's 14 day return policy evidences their unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Perhaps a final purchase from Best Buy.

The air dryer was great, we bought it on sale to try it out and quickly became a staple in our kitchen. Unfortunately it just randomly completely stopped. Getting in touch with their customer service is impossible. Buying another dryer, but investing a bit more now that we know how great they are.

Worked great until it just didn't turn on. I literally have used this thing FOUR times total. Always wiped it down per instructions then put it back in its box once cooler until ready to use it again. So disappointed and irritated I paid $90 for this piece of crap.

Bought this in July and have used maybe 8 times and is now dead.. Won't turn on and sounds like the times bell is bad as the bell makes a different ding sound when I turn it off...

Bought this fryer 2 months ago when it was on sale for $40. Not worth it as it's now a gigantic paper weight because it has stopped heating and the lights will not come on.

Received a Chefman express 2.5L air-fryer as a christmas gift from my daughter. Well it was good for about 10 meals before it stopped working. No power...does not heat.

I have used this air fryer for about 7 months and probably once a week on an average and suddenly it stopped working. Don't waste your money, buy something else.

I purchased this air fryer 6 months ago and it would not power up now. I will be contacting the manufacturer. I will not recommend the Chefman Air Fryer, it's junk.

I loved this product, until it died on me after 3 months. Bought a different brand from another store and it works great. Do not buy this brand, go with NuWave!

I've had 2 of these and they both stopped working after 6 months. The paint on the inside basket starts to peel off. I will not purchase again.
