This fryer is fabulous except for three issues. If they aren’t important to you buy it. The racks are actually wire screens and are hard to clean. The door hinges down and catches Grease and crumbs. The Glass pane cannot be removed to clean. This would Not be a problem if the door could be removed. Next I bought the Instant Pot large fryer which addresses these issues and holds more food

We have used a basic air fryer for a couple of years. This model is much improved over our last one. Operation is simple and we especially like the removable racks and the basket. Have not used the rotisserie feature yet. It would have been nice if the racks had some kind of non stick coating, but not a deal killer. Thumbs up.

Very versatile and so much room inside! Great deal for the price.

I’ve only had this fryer for about four weeks. It cooks as expected. The reason I choose this fryer was the one year warranty. The last fryer I had only had a two month warranty, It stopped working in less than six months. I’m hoping to get many years of use out of this one. I also checked the reviews on this fryer prior to purchase.

Really enjoy finding things to air fry. Easy to use and large capacity works for our family.

Steaks, burgers - great! Fries, frozen snacks (potato sticks, pepper peppers, mozzarella sticks) - great - crispy... Just getting started but I threw out my Fry Daddy today. No more greasy mess with all of that oil! (I might have rated the quality & ease of use as excellent if I had used it for more than just the last month)

This is a very nice air fryer. I love the preset icons and the ease of adding more time to the set time if you need it. I love having a light that stays on if you desire to see your food without opening the door. I own one and my best friend liked it so well I had to order one for her and one for my daughter as well.

I bought this oven for my wife for Christmas. She had been wanting an air fry oven for months, so she was happy to receive it. When we unboxed it, we were quite excited, because the oven looks beautiful, plus it was packed so well. That's where the excitement ended. After we prepared chicken breasts to be put in it for our first meal, we set the heat, then the timer, then hit the start button. We could hear the fan come to life and we waited for the smell of 'fried chicken' to begin to fill the kitchen. The smell never came. When the timer went off, we opened the door, only to find cold, uncooked chicken! What the heck?!? I reset the timer and heat, heat start, waited 3 minutes then opened the door, nothing. No heat. No HINT of heat. I removed the chicken and cooked it stove top with a bit of olive oil in a skillet. Like another reviewer, we called the their 888.315.6553 Customer No Service line, only to wait 25 minutes as Caller 4, until hanging up, out of frustration. We're taking this back to the Tyler, TX Best Buy for either an exchange (proven to work before we leave the store) or a refund. That's a shame, because after mostly glowing reviews, I really expected this to be an awesome gift for my wife. The next one may be perfect, but this one was a total dud!
