Not impressed. Eneded up throwing it away after 4 uses. Remember that "airfrier" basically means "convection oven". Do not get fooled, use your convection oven.

I bought this as a second airfryer and was disappointed. The trays dont fit well and food sticks to the trays Or leave an impression on the food. Not a great buy!

I bought the unit mainly to do whole chickens. I found only small chickens would fit and it was hard to get the chicken set up.

Do not buy this product unless you only want to use it for one year. Mine just stopped running Sept 10, 2021 and I bought it Aug. 4, 2020.

I have purchased 3 air fryers and each one the door will not stay closed after using it for a while

This is my first air fryer, and probably my last. It's not a bad product, but I just don't care for the quality of the food that is produced from it.

Bought it brand new and used it one time. I was cooking wings and it cooked it all the way, but then the machine was smelling so bad like burnt plastic. It started as a faint smell, but then the smell increased. I returned it to the store the next day for a refund. I didn’t want to try again.

I bought it because of the rotisserie cage. But the fries didn’t come out very good. Not crispy. took the product back.

The racks are hard to clean, and begin to separate from the frame. They’re also hard to find to replace.

Got diff model, bad fan noise and door keep popping open

I like but but to hard to clean,the first tray cook good the second don't get enough heat and need to cook more and the machine is too big to storage.

Purchased this since everyone has recommended air fryers. I did not think it was much different from my mini oven. It was too bulky for my liking.

I bought this one for the rotisserie option, but I can never get it to work! Other than that, it’s one of my favorite appliance in my kitchen

As a gift, it is well liked by my sister. She just started using it last month and claimed its an awesome item. Very functional and easy to operate.

It’s like a mini stove. The food don’t looks like fried, never. The only one good thing is easier to clean

Good at the beginning. Door is not shutting after 1.5 years of use.

So far it's been good. It doesn't have an easy clean up process especially if you cook something like chicken nuggets.

The cooking time takes longer than the instruction time says. It works good just takes longer to cook food.

I don't care for the dial on top. The numbers jump around as you dial up or down on the time and temp. Overall.. it's just ok

Great fryer overall I like that you don’t have to use any type of oil and things come out crispy as if you did use oil.
