Made breaded wings.. Eh..going to try other recipes. Won't give up yet

You can’t put two pizzas in it as pictured. Dried out and ruined some of my food. Not worth the price

I saw many complaints about the door handle breaking off and that is exactly what happened with ours. Also, there is no on/off switch. You have to unplug each time. Otherwise, the product worked well.

After a year and a half the door no longer stays closed. One of the little pins that helps to keep it closed at the top is loose and can't be repaired. Two stars for the number of years it lasted

Didn't work out of the box, wish I had taken time to read the reviews and comments before I purchased. Even their website identifies the problem and instead of fixing it at production they recommend returning it for replacement.

Bought this to replace air pro xl air fryer. So far VERY disappointing. Does not get as hot as air pro takes about an hour to make wings, 30 minutes to make frozen fries. So yourself a favor and splurge on air pro xl. Wish could return.

Bought this as a way to avoid deep frying - unfortunately the temperature range this air fryer provides is not sufficient to make good crispy foods. Also the inside light broke and it would randomly turn on.

Had small-capacity don't see how you can put a roaster chicken in there not large enough found another air fryer twice as big was not that much more price wise return the product

I love the food that I am able to make in the air fryer, but it is so hard to keep the racks clean that I find myself not wanting to use it. I do like that I can see the food cooking though.

Not super impressed by this particular airfryer but it definitely gets the job done and the fact that you have more space is the biggest plus. Plus a super pain to clean the inside.

Pretty in even cooking, when taking the trays out of the oven it makes a mess on the door and it’s very hard to clean. The oven style would not be my choice if I was to buy it again

Avoid. I have nay kitchen gadgets and this one by far was the worst. wings came out terrible and took forever. Fried pickles were either soggy or overcooked. I have been cooking all my life and this was a huge disappointment. I went back to using my oven for anything that is typically fried and I do not like to fry food. I am donating this piece of junk. Oh I almost forgot, impossible to clean front door. Inside gets crumbs stuck in it. gross looking.

The door stopped closing after 2 months of use. Looks like The plastic warped. Works great when functional.

I really can't review this product due to the fact that it malfunctioned when it was used the first time. While it was heating up it smelled like burning plastic.

3 years later and still going strong. i absolutely love this. your meal get that good crispy and not sogginess from a microwave. only down fall is the drip pan is not as big so if you got 12 oz of bacon in there it will overflow. also since the door opens down it gets messy. i have not used the other attachments and also i was able to reheat a small rotisserie chicken in there perfectly.

Why do air fryers need to be so big. The inside is not that big but the unit takes up to much room. Also would be nice to include a recipe book

Never buy anything from BB. They don’t understand the first thing about Customer Service. They need to attend CS101 class I teach. I would even give the entire class for FREE. Cheap and unorganized company like BB should appreciate my offer. Please let me know. You pick the place and I would teach CS101 course to entire corporate for free.

Junk. The door wouldn't stay closed. We had to send it back and buy something different.

Probably the worst small appliance I've ever purchased! This was the first air fryer I have used and there is No recipe book included. Had to go through long online process and then call customer service for assistance. Then all the lights on the display go out whenever they want! So I don't know what time, temperature or anything because I can't see display! And it was one of the most expensive in the store! I couldn't recommend this to anyone!

Upon startup, the fan sounds like it is grinding with metal somewhere else. Light burned out within first week of having fryer!
