pizza don't fit like it shows on videos and pictures u can only cook a little portions is not what it shows it is

It broke within 2 months. It will run for 3 to 5 minutes then shut itself off. Probably some sensor is malfunction. Luckily I have Geek Squad Replacement plan and BestBuy takes care of it for me. No need to deal with manufacturer warranty.

Its ok but we didn’t like the food from it so it’s now one more thing in the storage

We bought this in Sept 2019 and it's now Mar 2020 and it is broken. The fan comes on but it doesn't heat. Looking at the reviews this is not uncommon. Isn't there a guarantee?

I brought this item and gave it to family friends as a gift for their anniversary. When they started using the item, the food is not cooked well and got the smell from the air fryer ( burning the wires). I would not suggest to buy this item. The item is not good at all. Please don’t buy this item.

I don’t like to much the item. Is very slow and always a freeze

The rotisserie attachment is missing. Would you kindly advise.

It’s too small for me we have four people is in the house

Purchased it in May 2020. Easy to use. Still works and cooks great. The only issue is cleaning it after use.

I received my package it was open the box wasn’t packaged in anything except for the product box and there were wholes all around on the box. I didn’t even have to undo any kind of tape because the box had been opened already looked like during the shipping.

It was great while it worked. Month #4 and it burned out while using. And this was really only about the 7th time it had been used. Taking it back and will be looking at other brands.

The NCAA gets dirty very quick it’s hard to remove the third

Bought a $20 ribeye steak, cooked as directed. It was a little less than medium rare and was TOUGH. Cooked a 3/4” pork chop the night before with the same result. Tried one more time...Chicken wings. My oven does a better job. On it’s way back.

Got home and found out that it was missing the spit and forks. Tried calling Chefman to try and get the missing parts and was on hold as caller #1 for 40 mins before hanging up. The fryer works well enough but the lack of quality control and customer service makes this fryer a pass.

This fryer burned up the very first time we plugged it in and tried t o use it. I would not buy this product again. I took it back to Best Buy for a refund.

I wanted to exchange the item and Best Buy didn’t have them in the store. So I exchanged it for a different item.

Although my daughter loves this model, we returned it to Best Buy as it did not cook the food well. We didn’t feel it was worth the money and it was too much effort to clean everything.

WISH I NEVER GOT THIS IT IS A MESS TO WORK WITH. AND IT TAKES MUCH LONGER COOK WITH THAN ON THE STOVE, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.... REFUND

Love air fryers, but unfortunately this one let out a metal oder, so it was immediately returned it. I purchased a different one and brand and I love it!
