Product was good, but I can't stand all these companies getting political so blah They left a bad taste in my mouth, roll the jokes now.

Fryer works fine..not bad for a family of four..but try washing the mesh grill trays and spend more time washing than cooking. Goodluck !

Had it for 3 months and broke and Best Buy said that it is out of warranty so basically I am on my own. Very disappointing.

You can't go wrong with this unit - makes cooking a cinch! I chose this air fryer because of the ratings plus it cooks with two racks instead of a basket. Wonderful light fluffy french toast sticks, not the usual heavy pan fried; chicken was out of this world good - cinnamon apple chips were yummy and house smelled incredible! Bought an air fryer cookbook online for more delicious recipes but many can be found easily by typing in "air fryer recipes" & you're golden. Indoor steaks no longer set off my fire alarm lol! Highly recommend; it's extremely quiet and so easy to use. Love love love it... makes cooking great fun!

I purchased this unit for my parents for the holidays. It worked so well that I had to buy one myself. It really does a great job with lots of different types of food. Perfect for cooking chicken, fish, and appetizers. Haven't figured out what to use the rotating basket for; the user manual is unusually skimpy. However, my biggest gripe comes from the design of the door. It swings down like a conventional oven door, and has lots of holes and places for crumbs to get caught. The would be forgivable but for the weak latches (or something) that hold the door closed. If I don't slam the door in just the right way, it will pop open mid-cook. It definitely doesn't lock tightly in place. I can usually squish enough to start a cycle by gripping it on the sides and pushing hard with my thumbs at the top. Sometimes though, I need to put something heavy in front of the door to complete cooking. This started happening on mine after the first month of use, and my parents just called to tell me theirs is doing the same thing. Fortunately I purchased extended warranties for both of them. My mom called Chefman and they told her they were out of stock on this model making me thing maybe it's going to be discontinued or revised shortly. It's such a shame, because if it were more reliable, it would be perfect!

Absolutely amazing! This is a late review, but I bought this in 2019 and still use it frequently to this day.

Everything with airfryer was great. Easy to clean and use. Zero mess of oil or and juice from your food. You cannot go wrong wi5h it.

When I first bought this air fryer I thought it was an over hyped deep fryer, but I was totally wrong. I never heard about air fryers, but a friend recommended it at work, so I figured I'd give it a try. I must say it was the GREATEST THING EVER! It pretty much does everything you need and has a lot of features. It's my favorite kitchen appliance for Sunday night football. I make wings and fries all the time and they come out better than a deep fryer. I think this company really nailed it!

This is the chef man air fryer recommended to me by my personal trainer because it is healthier than deep frying. I wanted to eat less oily foods and I just wanted to get healthier. The controls on this air fryer are very simple and easy to use. It looks very nice and I tried frying some French fries. They were crispy on the outside and had a very fluffy inside that made them very enjoyable. This fryer is very well built and is a great new addition to my kitchen. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this air fryer !! You can cook multiple things at the same time .It cooks amazing like you deep fried it

My air fryer just died so we were in the market for a new one. I liked that this has the rotisserie function and dehydrator function (haven’t tried yet) as well. All the preset functions that I have used worked well. I added a couple minutes on fries to crisp them a little more. All in all, a great little multifunctional machine which is better than my previous only air fryer.

It's pretty good. I only wish it can be more flexible so I can adjust the time and temperature.
