I love love this air fryer but what good is it if the door doesn't work. I called Best Buy and they told me it was pass the time to return but there is a year warranty with Chefman. Great or so I thought. I sent an email and received a response requesting pics and info. I sent everything they requested back in May 2020. Never heard from them again and I followed up with numerous emails. Very disappointed. The warranty is bogus if you never hear from them. Other reviews also claimed issues with the door. If it wasn't for the door issue this air fryer would definitely rate 5 stars. Ps. Bought December 2019 and starting in April 2020 I had to play with the door to get it to close then it wouldn't close at all.

Bought this air fryer about 2 months ago and have used it to cook every thing we can think of. The only thing that I did not like the way it cooks is hamburgers. They can out dry and somewhat gray. The only other thing I do not like is that it can only handle a 4 lb chicken. Those are very hard to find. To make a rotisserie chicken is to cut the legs and wings off then cook. A minor problem is the coating on the drip tray is already peeling. But other than those two things love this cooker. Even can make a medium well steak that comes out just right.

Just got this deep fryer and very happy . Cooked all my food great and Would recommend to anyone looking for a air fryer!

I am SO disappointed with this as I really wanted it for every day use and to have it replace both my air fryer and my toaster oven. The racks tilt out dangerously when you try to remove food and let the food slide off or you have to make a grab for the rack. It's too small to cook much of anything at one time as the top shelf food gets overcooked while the middle or lower shelf is undercooked so you need to keep switching the racks around for even cooking. That isn't easy as the grooves for the racks are weird due to needing one for the basket and they are very small. There isn't as much room between shelves as you would think. There are only a few very small pans that will fit inside so you need to cook only food that won't fall through the rack. I chatted online with them to find out how to make toast. They were clueless. The turning basket is a pain to use and my sweet potato fries stuck to it. I used the rotisserie to make veggie sausages but they overcooked and undercooked at the same time! I really liked the smaller footprint over my old toaster oven and air fryer but the negatives outweigh that benefit. In the meantime I gave my old air fryer to my grandson so now I need to find another one. Or maybe I will just settle for the turbo feature on my toaster oven until they improve air fryers. At least the old style has gone down in price.

Bought this as a gift for my mom, and she uses it almost daily. Evenly cooks and heats up fast. Minimal cleanup…highly recommend!

Screw missing that goes with the forks so called Chefman and of course they were clueless on what I was talking about, so won’t buy another product by this company

Nothing good to say about this design. First it's far too big for the capacity you end up getting from it. The gimmicky rotisserie basket is a nightmare to clean thoroughly. Everything is cumbersome and awkward to use when getting food in and out of the cooker. The drip tray is super shallow and the door gets in the way just enough that you have to lift the front of the tray up just high enough that any drippings will run off the back of the tray, flood the bottom and run into the holes in the bottom of the door. It's seriously staggering at poorly designed and though out this device is especially if you wanted to use on it regular basis. You'd spend far longer wrestling with the accessories and cleaning up the mess it makes than cooking and eating. Go with a simpler more straightforward design.

Received this air fryer for Christmas and unboxed it, but hadn’t used it yet. Used it for the first time 2 days ago ago to fry some meat pies and nothing .. still frozen So I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I fried chicken strips and again nothing. The fan works, but the air fryer never heats ups so I will be heading back to Best Buy with the air fryer and will be returning this, hopefully just to exchange.

This cooker is not what I expected. Even when you put a breading or topping on food they do not get brown or golden. I wish i had not wasted my money! I plan to try to return it.

Stopped working just a few days after one year of use.
