I’ve watched this entire series about six times now. If you are a history buff or if you are interested in disasters, this is right up your alley. Great acting! This is the best Limited series I’ve ever watched!

This picture was a great Chernobyl experience. I was amazed at the detail . . . even though I was alive during the time of Chernobyl, didn’t have a real understanding about what it really entailed until now.

Gripping story and timeline of the events leading up to the disaster. Story devoted adequate time to many aspects of the lead-up to the event and the attempt to address the consequences.

This docudrama does a really good job of portraying the events before, during, and after the meltdown. And, shows what the repercussions of that even brought to the resedents, and workers behind the scenes.

One of the best shows or mini series on television from 2019, worth watching. Looking back seeing what it was like back behind the iron curtain, the deception kept from the west and the rest of the world.

Chernobyl is a scary thrill ride that makes you say are you sure this is not make-believe how could this possibly have happened. Yeah but this did happen and it turns out reality is scarier than Fiction.

It is ironic that as we experience the pandemic we are reminded of Chernobyl. What is interesting is we are not hearing much from Russia at the moment. I like most of what Jared Harris does in movies.

I am a steelbook collector an with the unique design an atmos and dolby vision makes it a good buy for a good show, rated in the top 5 of all time tv show.

Watch this and be amazed. A little bending of the truth... but only a little. Most of this is factual and it’s simply mesmerising. In many ways Russians worst and finest hour in the last 50 years.

This show blew me away. If you haven’t seen it, then you’re missing out big time. The art for the steelbook is really something. Chaotic and beautiful, just like a nuclear reaction.

The story is shocking and scary because it shows how Russia formerly the USSR likes to handle problems within it's county. It's also an eye opener to the real dangers of nuclear powered reactors.

This show is riveting regarding a significant event that occurred in the mid-80s in the former Soviet Union. The image quality and the sound is spectacular. Highly recommended watch!

I am very interested in history... so this was a must see for me.....I hate the tragedy of the event this recounts , it’s affects are still being felt today , so many years later.

No matter how many documentaries you’ve seen this series takes another approach that will tell the same story in a totally different way. Definitely worth adding to a collection.

This is my favorite steel book in my collection. It caught me eye on pre order and it still does. And the series is so powerful. It is a must see for anyone who knows history

A horrifying view of incident that shouldn’t have happened. An engaging show about all sides of the incident. One of HBO’s best miniseries. Everyone should see this show.

Nice steelbook. Nice artwork on the cover. Glad they had it in the store, because every time I get steelbooks shipped from BestBuy they either are cut with box cutters or dented.

The is the best miniseries HBO has ever put on screen. From the acting to the music to the story are absolutely top notch. Shame Jared Harris didn’t win an Emmy for his work in the series
