The CHI - Texture Tourmaline Ceramic 1" Curling Iron works great a curling hair, but it is too easy to burn yourself using it. It does not feel balanced in the hand, and when putting it down it spins and moves backward unexpectedly.

This curling iron is great. Gets hot fast. Easy to control/manage. Great for large wavy curls. Would recommend.

My last CHI iron finally died on me after 7 years. I was looking on Best Buy’s website when I happened to come upon this iron as it was a suggested item. I ordered it doubting its quality since I had not purchased it through a salon. To my amazement it’s very light weight and curls very quickly, heats up very fast and I’m extremely satisfied with it since I use it all day, every day at the salon I work in.

So my wife mentioned ceramic curling irons are better for your hair, I bought her one as an early present and she's happy! I thought it was cool this curling iron has a digital readout that allows u to set the exact temp, which has got to be a good thing for women with easy to damage hair, her Curtis do last a little longer, and I've never heard of this brand before, but it's impressive.

I bought this one after my last one broke. It heats up fast and curls well. I have long thick hair and some irons just don't get hot enough to curl. This one definitely does.

One of the best curling irons I have ever had. Received it as a gift from my son. Have traveled all over with it and used it with 110 as well as 220 volts. Heats very fast to an exact temperature, maintains the heat, curls quickly, results last! Could not ask for anything more!!

Heats up very quickly and stays hot throughout styling. Cord swivels well, no tangles. Clamp holds hair well without leaving obvious marks. Cannot speak to longevity but the build is solid. Nice size/weight & well-balanced for my small-ish hand so I don't experience fatigue as with my old Hot Tools model. Reasonably priced, imo.

I like that it curls quickly but I don’t like that I can’t get a full curl from top to bottom!

I first purchased this item for my daughters wedding so the wedding party can do their hair. It gives you great curls and it's gentle on the hair. It's good for all types of hair. Love it.

Chi is the best for hair tools! I have the straight iron as well!
