    I expected to be able to easily straighten and curl my hair but it doesn’t straighten as well as my regular Chi flat iron. I thought I’d get the pretty bouncy curls but it doesn’t grip the hair good when clasping down on the hair.

    Not a great product for me at all. I have fine hair, but a lot of it... so it’s pretty easy to curl and straighten. This did a bad job at both. I wasn’t impressed with how my hair looked after - no shine like I get from other Chi products.... Returned

    Either straight hair or curls I always get my hair done and looks great every time! My hair is never staticky and love the one hour auto shut off!!

    I like the mat and lock feature more than anything. I tried using it to curl my hair like I do with my original chi straightener but it was too complicating for me and I couldn’t work as fast as I do with my straightener.
