Bought for my wife... She seems to like with no complaints

bought this gift for the wifey and she loved it!!!

The hair straightener was okay if my girlfriend did not like it that much she says they hear Styx on it I end up returning it

I would not buy this flat iron again because for the brand, it felt too cheap. The plate felt loose and there was a small gap between the plate and the plastic that pulled my hair and yanked it out. This was my sister's complaint when she had a chi as well.

Bought this thing to give ss a christmas gift to one of my friends and she said she likes it so much

It good if you forget to turn off your straighter sometimes. Works okay

I purchased the Chi and after two uses decided to return it because I was unsatisfied with the results. The heat settings are not the best. It doesn't heat up much therefore it doesn't really fully straighten the hair. I really expected more from it.

Very hard to use and the price is too high but the quality is very bad. Do not waste your money on this product.

It broke after two years. You better get warranty!

While this works as good as any CHI, the description clearly states that the product has the auto shut off feature and is the only reason we purchased it. The product does not contain that feature.

I have had this hair straightener for four months, and one of the paddles no longer heats up. I am very disappointed. I have had off brands that lasted years, so I was expecting this to hold up even longer since it was a CHI.

This was the first time I purchased a Chi product. Was a gift for my mom and it really didn’t heat up like other straighteners. Ended up returning it and purchased a Babyliss straightener instead.

I think it was used/refurbished it had scratches on it. I returned it and purchased elsewhere.

So I bought a new flat iron because I always forget to turn it off. This is supposed to have an automatic shut off. I have left it on twice and it has been on! It does NOT shut off like it says. Kinda upset that I spent $100 on this and I really didn’t need to since it doesn’t have the auto shut off. It does straighten and curl hair nicely. Leaves hair staticky though.

An amazing product. Being that I have natural hair I was able to straighten my hair without ant heat damage

I purchased this CHi flat iron in November and suddenly yesterday it stopped heating !! I fell dissapointed because I paid 99.00 dls. for something that didn't last not even a year!! is their a phone number I can call???
