the digital screen was attached lower than it was supposed too, so when you tried to set the settings for fabric you could not read it. I had to take it back to the closest store and re-order another one.

The only con is that it cools off quicker than expected.

I've been a Rowenta buyer for many years.... decided to try the CHI this time. so far (2 months) it's been very good! retractable cord very handy and the digital display is nice. time will tell if it can hang with the big boys....

Such a smooth iron to press my clothes! I am really enjoying using this CHI. It has a nice color of black; stainless steel and titanium finish. Great buy.

I purchased this steam iron based on positive customer reviews. However, just a month later, one morning while I was preparing to press my clothes, it shut off suddenly, and the display panel went dark. Since then, I have tried plugging it back in, hoping that it might start up again, but nothing happens.

Very bad quality. Got stick to the fabric, even with the right setting. Can't clean it.

It get stained on the porcelain surface. It doesn't get cleaned with water.

Didn’t receive it. I will check again on Monday when I go back home

Goodbye Rowena. I have been using Rowena for years, but the last two irons I purchased from them leaked like crazy all over my clothes. The CHI iron not only puts out as much steam as the Rowena, it doesn’t leak at all. As far as I’m concerned, CHI has set the new standard of excellence in irons.

The CHI iron is excellent. I appreciate that it lights up to let me know it has reached the setting I want. The adjustable steam feature is also great. Best of all it does not leak or spit! The price was also reasonable.

The iron we used just broke. So far this iron works very well. Performs perfectly and as expected.

Good so far but I have only had it for less than 2 weeks. Reason for not giving full 5 star.
