Pretty much the title. You cant choose your setting so it it doesnt function. When it doew work, its great.

the Advertising was convincing, however the actual iron feels cheaply made, and the steam performance aren't all that great!

I thought I was buying a premium product (given the premium price), but this 1700w iron somehow underperforms my 1200w budget iron I've had for years. It takes a long time to heat up, and even on its highest heat and steam settings, it was barely able to get the wrinkles out of a thin, damp cotton sheet with many passes. The iron plate is smooth and glides easily, but that's the only thing I liked. Disappointing. I don't think I will ever buy another CHI product.

It get stained on the porcelain surface. It doesn't get cleaned with water.

It gets the job done but does not steam or heat as it claims to do. It takes a while to iron a dress shirt and usually does not get all the wrinkles out even at the highest setting. For the price and brand, I would have expected a better quality iron. The reason I gave two stars was for the beautiful appearance of the iron and it’s retractable cord.

Leaves spots of water on my clothes. Heats up quick but that’s it

The plate has chipoed off amd damaged a shirt. All this black melt on my shirt. I liked the iron but the plate isnt that resistant

Not good. Had it for 10 months. The sprayer doesn’t work at all. The steam is very weak.

It has water inside the iron when I received by UPS. It supposed to be new iron .

This item is good quality, easy to operate and very expensive. It doesn’t have on/off switch and doesn’t shut off automatically it not safe for those who have small children! Manufacture should fix this problem in next model.

The ease of use of this iron is above anything else we’ve had. To be able to just set the type of material that your ironing, and then have the iron adjust to whatever you need is awesome, it takes all the guest work out of how to set the iron. Other reviews try to make a big deal out of the non-retracting cord, I don’t find it a big deal at all. A little pricey, but worth it.

Great iron, easy to use and sturdy, not too heavy. I use it every day.

Goodbye Rowena. I have been using Rowena for years, but the last two irons I purchased from them leaked like crazy all over my clothes. The CHI iron not only puts out as much steam as the Rowena, it doesn’t leak at all. As far as I’m concerned, CHI has set the new standard of excellence in irons.
