I received one of these as a gift for Christmas. I was hoping for something easy to use that really did what it claimed. I have problems with my hair holding a curl but this made curling my hair the easiest thing ever. It is fast and easy and stops if you get too much hair in it without you losing a chunk. I love it so much I purchased this one to have as a backup. I carry both when I travel with friends so we can each use one if we want to. I will never go back to trying a regular curling iron ever again

I bought this product it was really good I love curling my hair with with hair product it’s makes it really easy and fast to do my hair and it’s normally takes me at least like 20 minutes when I’m done it looks like I got it done by a professional stylist, I would really recommend to get this product to make you life way easier!

My daughter has very straight hair that never holds a curl! She only likes to do the very end. This thing not only made beautiful curls but added volume that her hair needed! She’s very happy!!

I don’t usually do my hair, so curling my hair is super new to me. This makes curling my hair so easy and fast AND I have no way of burning myself. I love it!! Definitely worth the money!!

I've had this curling iron for 2 months and I love it! It takes a little bit to get used to at first. You have to pay attention which button to push to get the curls to go the direction you want. I brush my hair before placing about a 2 inch chunk in the slot. Make sure you have it held the correct way against your head before placing the hair in. I take the hair out before it beeps so I get a loose curl. You can keep it in until the beep to get a tighter curl. I've had it get stuck a few times and it just beeps until you press the power button to reset. Not a big deal and my hair has never been damaged but it is annoying especially when my baby is sleeping. I always burn myself with regular curling irons so this is perfect to keep my hands and neck safe. I loved this so much we got one for my mother in law with shorter hair and she keeps it at work and does her hair in a couple minutes.

Excellent product, does not tangle hair or get caught in the curler, creates the perfect curls. It’s also quick which makes it a plus if you are in a rush. Highly recommend!

I have naturally curly, frizzy hair, and I cannot use a curling iron for the life of me. I usually straighten my hair. Game changer! This is so easy to use and the curls last for days! I have thick, mid back length hair and it takes only 15 minutes to take my hair from straight to curly. With my curl pattern, I do have to straighten my hair a bit before curling, as this product doesn't get close to the root. All the settings are so adjustable. I would've bought this product years ago.

I am beyond thrilled with how the CHI works! I was skeptical that it would create the curls that others claimed it could ..... I watched a few videos before I started.... the biggest tip was not to use too much hair each time. I also started with a Lowe temp setting and tried a few temps for that “perfect curl” After about 3 weeks I have it down to a “curl and go” routine!! Thank you Chi!!!!

I had trouble using it the first time, because I did not know how to place my hair inside the little chamber. However, once I practiced I got great results. It is the best curler I have ever had. It is fast and does an excellent job. I do not have a lot of hair, so I was able to have a great curly look fast (15 minutes approximately) My hair looked very nice, with nice volume and shine.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter . She tried it and absolutely loved it. the hair came out very nice after she used it for a very short duration . It took a couple of minutes to figure out how to use it but once she was on to it, it felt very easy to use. The hair curls Were totally intact even after a couple of days.

Love everything about this product! It heats up super quick, and once you get the hang of it, is really simple to use and gives you perfect curls.
