I bought this curling iron as I am a big fan of a similar product and have used it for a few years. However, the downfall to using the other product was that it would entrap my hair causing me to have to literally rip it out of the barrel it was wrapped up in. Not good by any means! So, I saw this one on a "Best Buy members sale" ad and decided to get it. The price was reasonable and what could it hurt to try it out considering I could always return it if I was not fully satisfied. When I got it from the curbside pickup, I went home and began experimenting with it. I have to say that I was extremely happy with this product as it did exactly what it described it to do. Because getting my hair caught in the other product I use was my biggest concern, I had to try and check if it would live up to its guarantee of not doing that. Well, to my surprise, it did!! Excited, I was and I was able to do my whole head (shoulder length hair) in about 10 minutes. The other really neat feature with the CHI-Spin n Curl curling iron is that it allows you to change the direction of the curl for a more even and natural look. By far this is the best curling iron I have purchased and will be using it until it breaks and I need a new one. I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting a new experience with curling their hair for a flawless look. Good luck!!

This spin and curl rotating hair curler is very efficient and easy to use.

I wasn't sure if could use on layered shoulder length hair but it curls without any problems. There is a learning curve but after 2 or 3 attempts it gets easy & doesn't take as long as curling iron. Plus you cannot burn yourself!

10 year old able to learn and use with little risk

This item was a gift for my niece who is finishing up her Cosmetology course. She says this was a great addition to the tools of her trade. She says it is good quality, easy to use, and does what it claims to do. She says this is something she is recommending to her fellow classmates.

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She has some problems with fine motor control in her right hand, and is no longer able to use a traditional curling iron. She likes it, but says it lacks the level of control you can get with a traditional iron.

This spin and curl is a game changer! In the beginning it's tough to get the hang of it, but watch a tutorial and it's a piece of cake. It curls your hair with perfectly spiral curls. I highly recommend. This is all I use now!

I purchased and gave this away because I couldn't figure out how to use it. Then, saw a video and game changer. I repurchased and I love it. It really is easy to use, just watch a video first and my hair never tangles in it.

I originally bought this with intentions of curling my hair that reached the middle of my back. NOT IDEAL. I was able to get it to work with minimal hair in the roller. However, I liked the curls and how quickly it did this. I just went and got a haircut and cut off 6in. My hair now rests at breast level. Now I have found the length for it to work beautifully for me. I used it just today, did my whole head in about 15 mins. It produced beautiful curls that lasted all day. I would recommend this product, just be mindful, that having longer hair is a bit troublesome and causes it to jam.

Bought gift for my wife and she loves it. She uses it everyday, damp or dry hair. She curls her hair in half the time vs her old traditional iron. Very safe, no more accidental burns as the surface outside just gets warm. Definitely recommend this product.

So easy to use, and it curls fast! Curls last throughout the day, and my hair usually doesn’t hold the curl all day with a regular curling iron. Only issue I’ve found is I can’t do beach waves. It’s always the same curl, no matter how high or low the heat is and no matter how long I set the curling time. Wish it would have come with instructions on how to do different types of curls.

I love this curler so much. I am so bad at curling my hair. Absolutely terrible. But with this, it makes it so easy and it comes out great every time.

i could never curl my hair right until now. It took some practice and watching some videos but one you get the hang of it, it is super easy. Curls stayed very well. Great product. I definitely recommend it.

Takes some practice getting used to but the curls come out so nice and creaseless! So easy and quick to use once you have the hang of it! I bought two!

This is a great product for someone with very long hair. Product is large in size and not recommended for medium to short hair.

I don't know if is me or is the product but is to hard to use for me. Probably I don't know how use this correctly.

Best hair tool I have ever purchased! Super easy to use. The fear of burning any part of my skin while doing my hair is now a thing of the past! I highly recommend this product!
