Its ok, not what i was expecting for it being a CHI. I was hoping it would leave my hair soft but it does not and I have thin and fine hair. Still thinks its a good product but could be better.

Simply didn't do what it was supposed to do and for the price it was not worth holding onto.

Gets too hot to touch the top half of the iron. I prefer to use my old one.

First day I like it , after a few days of use , they started to turn of every 5 minutes , not what I expected , CHI is usually good, I don’t know what’s wrong with them. Will not recommend this product to anyone.

I personally don't use it but I got enough information from my wife to write a review. She says it's the best hair product she's ever used, and this is coming from someone who has used a lot of them: The CHI warms up very fast so it's always ready to use. A salon quality product that does not damage your hair like others on the market today. The best part about it is you can just as easily straighten curly hair as you can curl straight hair. It also works great for adding subtle curl to bangs.

Was not hot enough, had to go over sections various times, style did not last all day. Returned it . Bought Babyliss brand and extremely happy with it so far.

The chi I owned previous to this one lasted almost 6 years. This one only lasted 3 months.

I got this for my wife on Christmas and she was very excited about it. She has used it now for a month and it seems to be doing the job much better than her old one. It heats up quicker, and is nicer to use she says. She doesn't think it should have been as expensive as it was, but consumers say that about most things. Over all she is really happy with it, and that makes me happy. So if you got a hundred bucks to blow go ahead and get this for your girl. She won't be disappointed.

Not such a good product, would not recommend it to anyone

I love this flat iron. It has a temperature dial and gets hot really fast. I feel this flat iron is well worth the money. I have used many flat irons and they didn't quite get my hair that straight. This one works wonders. I was skeptical about spending so much on it but it is well worth it.

My daughter has very curly, hard to manage hair and it would take hours to get her hair straight and smooth. Everyone kept telling us we "HAD" to get a Chi so I finally broke down and bought one. Oh my goodness, we save so much time and her hair looks wonderful.

Leaves my hair soft and silky! It is a must have!!

This product was phenomenal and worked exceptionally well until there was a power shortage after about 20 days of use. Best Buy was very understanding about returns and store exchange after I spoke with a customer care representative! I simply returned it to the store for the same product.

I am happy with this product but I do prefer the classic one over the air model. The classic one was a bit more better but the price is a good one because regularly this product would range from $130 to $180.

This product is good for a beginner. Had to go over hair several times to straighten. It heated fast but did not perform on a high level. It did not support the results expected as a Chi product.

One of the best flat irons I have ever used. glides through my hair smoothly and makes my hair completely soft, smooth and straight unlike some of the other flat irons.

I bought this for my wife and she loved it a lot. As per my wife, It has a heat/temperature control which is pretty good compared to other irons.
