This flat iron is a great price. It is a part of the Farouk home line (not a counterfeit, it is a genuine Chi) and lives up to the Chi quality. I prefer this to the regular Chi because of the tourmaline ceramanic which is not featured on the standard salon Chi.

I had been using my old straightener for over 5 years and then I bought this. It does take some getting used to since I was very comfortable with the older one. It works as expected. Quick heat up, can get extremely hot so be careful with smaller kids.

I absolutely love my Chi. Mine had broke and I was looking for a replacement. It is better than my old one because you can set the temperature and it doesn't have a big bulky chord which is why my original one broke. I can't live without my Chi.

I searched the internet on what flat iron to buy. This one leaves my hair silky and smooth. I also like it because it only takes 30 seconds to heat up and if you leave it on by mistake it automatically shuts off.

This is a great flat iron that will hold up to daily use for years. We needed a replacement for the same product we took on a trip out of the country. The outlets aren't quite the same and fried the one we had.
