It works fine i just wish the width was bigger takes me longer to do my hair now. I had the wet to dry one which had a bigger width but they only lasted a year each time so i decided to try a different one

This straightening iron was fantastic when first purchased. Heat would distribute evenly and would do the job with 2 to 3 combs per strand, however, it's been retaining less and less heat.

The only thing that I don't like is where the thermostat is put... While you are using the iron your finger moves it beck and forth.

I found a few Chi straighteners in the past and this one works just as well as the others. But I found that it pulls my hair more than the others that I've had

Basically dried my ends out when I used it, so I returned the product
