love the game its great love the action great for the kids

Not the best game on 3DS, but it's still pretty fun.

The game is a 2d platformer instead of the 3d gameplay from the Gamecube. It feels barebones and not a ton of fun.

This game got a lot of flak from critics, but it is an enjoyable experience. Be warned, however, that the final world is locked until you scan the Chibi Robo amiibo. The levels are pretty easy for the most part, but encourage you to explore to get all the bonuses. The vehicle levels are fun but can be frustrating because of the controls (especially the submarine). There is annoying, in-your-face product placement all throughout the game in the form of real life snacks you collect, but you are not required to collect them. However, the platforming elements are fun and refreshing from the rather stale platformer genre, as you use your whip to transverse the levels.

Chibi Robo: Ziplash is an underwhelming action platformer. Just like this review.

Zip Lash is an extremely charming Chibi Robo adventure. The gameplay revolves around platforming and a Bionic Commando-like whip action. The game offers a light challenge and a massive pile of collectables. The game, although well controlled and extremely attractive, is a bit repetitious and doesn't expand upon its good ideas as they are a one or two level and done situation. The game is a fantastic jumping off point for newcomers to platformers but experienced players will find little challenge. Finally, the included Amiibo is absolutely adorable, adds a bit to the game and will integrate with some current WiiU titles. Although it isn't a great game, it's still fun, it just falls short on continuing its great ideas.
