Works OK. but discovered I did not need it after getting a new box from Verizon to extend my wife throughout the house.

If you don’t have a huge house it’s no point. Ring told me I would need this so I bought it and it didn’t make my doorbell work any better.

This didn't make my second Ring camera work. I needed to upgrade and boost the whole house Wi-Fi. Which worked, Returned the chime extender.

This is the second Ring Chime Pro I've purchased. It wasn't quite a year since the purchase of my first one that it just quit woking, so I had to purchase another.

I'm not a fan of the ring but I'm trying to improve the quality of the doorbell. I would definetly recommend another security doorbell.

Without the extender my Ring Doorbell wouldn't work and this fixed my problem. However it only lasted about 13 months and then just died like it knew the warranty was up. Not all bad I guess because this version is pretty ugly with those antenna. I replaced it with the newer version that is much sleeker and less intrusive and it works fine. I would go with the newer version.

I don't think it really works well. We have not had it long enough/used long enough to say it's good or bad. Will update. So far doesn't seem necessary.

If you are buying this to improve the wifi connection, and you have internet service that is 4 meg and below, this device will not help.

Chime is a terrible WiFi extender. It didn’t help Ring work. With Ring tech support, we moved the chime to many outlets and locations without any success.

I bought the chime pro to boost my wifi connection and improve the pixelation on the video. I really don't see any difference in the quality of the picture.

I bought a Ring Stick-up Cam to place in my car and bought this extender to extend my wifi about another 50' to my car in my parking lot. Set up was properly completed but there was hardly any extension at all even when placed at the window in clear direct line of site. In my opinion this is not a true extender. All it extends is the chime of the alerts through your home. Useless as a full time extender only.

I bought it thinking because I live in two story, my doorbell wouldn't always work because out of range. Well when chime not working doorbell does so....

Chime Pro Wi-Fi Extender and Indoor Chime for Ring Devices - White didn't work all that well so I returned it.

The ring chime pro works well in small places but as for it wifi extended range it falls short. I mostly use mine a chime only.

We purchased a new storm door and started having problems with the ring doorbell. The people at ring said that the new door was interferring with my wifi signal and recommended that I purchase the ring chime pro. So I did. However, nothing changed with the ring chime pro. The single strength remained the same even though we placed it 5 ft from the door and about 20ft from router. I would not recommend.

Very good wireless chime but as a range extender although its extremely easy to install it does not extend the range that much.

I wish i have more select for ringtone, for that amount of money, I don't think thats worth it, unless i can actually use it as a wifi extender

I used this because the doorbell stopped working. It works, sometimes, but most times it is a hit or miss.

Still trying to find a good enough spot where this brings my Ring connection to an acceptable level. To be fair I've only tried one place so far.

Ended up returning the device didn’t work to well and went with a different WiFi extender to get the ring doorbell up and running
