it works great, very simple to install and very loud

It extends the reach of your network in order to provide an internet connection to your ring devices. If you're not on a mesh network, then go for it, otherwise just buy another mesh pod and save yourself from the additional ring-specific device.

One of my devices had a low signal. Once I plugged this in and went through the Chime Pro Network, it was great. I added all 4 devices to the chime network which connects to my wi-fi. I didn't know that. I thought it was a different random network that I needed a password for. All devices need to go through the chime. It's great.

This is one of those products that is a must buy it works wonderfully and connect to my Wi-Fi very well I got to say it’s a great product

Had trouble getting it to sync. It took several tries. Once it did, seems to work fine.

The Chime-Pro helped extend the Wifi signal to a couple of my cameras and the doorbell. It also provided another doorbell chime to the chime that came with the doorbell so I could have one upstairs and downstairs. Simple to plug-in and connected immediately. The voice instructions made installation very easy.

It has many different ring tones that can compliment many holidays. If you get the Ring doorbell please consider getting this to complete the experience. Worth every penny!

Ring chime is loud. Easy to install and works great

Easy to install, loud so you can hear it all over the house.

I bought this to extend the range of my wifi to get better signal at my stickup cams. It worked, set it up through the app and connect your cams. Works just like a wifi extender except you can only connect ring devices. Overall a decent product.

Like the sound and noise level and easy to install

I needed this for a spotlight camera that wasn't getting very good reception because of the location. The chime pro gave it a boost and the camera works fine but could be better. This isn't a bad solution in place of a good wifi network

We have a large house. We could never hear the doorbell ring downstairs when we were up in our bedroom. We were able to place this in the upstairs hallway and can now hear the doorbell. It was very easy to install and tie to our Ring Doorbell on the front door.

The ring chime pro is pretty good in the sense that it makes the noises you ask it to. If this was a private home, it would work better but since I’m the 2nd floor, the wood and metal get in the way. Therefore the connection goes out sometimes

My home didn't have a door bell so when I added the Ring. I needed something to make it sound in the home. It gives you many different sounds to choose from. The Wifi extender part I really don't see a difference but that's not the main reason I got it.

I like it more than I thought. Are you supposed to work as a Wi-Fi extender, but as an added bonus I love the different ringtones you can change into when someone rings the doorbell. You’re a 5 to 6 Christmas sounds in there were several Halloween as well. Nice bonus feature in addition to being a WiFi extender

We needed a second one after our first one broke after 2 years. Great options for ringtones including Christmas ringers which is fun for the holidays. Nice and loud and has ability to increase or decrease volume.

We enjoy our Ring Doorbell so much---but we realized that we definitely missed the chime when someone ringed the bell. The app notification on our phone is nice--but its no substitute for the overall ring while you in the house since you don't necessarily always have your phone with you. Great product! Works great! Glad we bought it!
