Great updates, my chime was impossible to hear on the second floor, this took care of the problem.

Must own for larger homes where your Ring cameras are a good distance apart. I used mine by the front door and it is fantastic as you can also use the alert in combination with your normal door bell. Highly recommended.

I didn't have internet problems with the ring itself. I feel it might have slowed down my other devices. But the doorbell sound is great! There are many options to chose from.

Setting up the extender was pretty simple and there are a number of rings you can pick from including holiday specific ones. It'd be nice if you could somehow send your own custom ones though.

This is just what I needed to make my Ring doorbell work even better than before. My modem was to far from the door where the doorbell was located and I would get blurry images. It was recommended by the people at Ring to add this feature and so I did.

If you have trouble with your ring connection this works great as a WiFi extender for Ring products only. It doesn’t work for anything else other than ring. If you are having WiFi issues or don’t have a great signal I think you’d be better off buying a normal WiFi extender for all devices rather one that only connects you ring camera. Wouldn’t recommend due to cost and use. If they brought the pice down to like $25 maybe I could see suggesting it but anything more than $25 save you money and invest it in a real range extender.

I highly recommend this if your internet doesn’t reach a certain spot. The location from my front door to my router didn’t reach, when I plugged in my Extender it finally worked. I may have some type of lag still but it WORKS. That’s all that matters.

The Ring Chime Pro Wi-Fi Extender is great. Besides extending your range so that you can hear it anywhere in the house, it lets you choose the sound for your doorbell such as dogs barking to the traditional Ring sound. What more could you ask for?

When we brought home the RING doorbell and this combination wifi extender and chime, at first we thought it was dead. The instructions refer to the blue RING logo lighting up during part of the setup. Well, the "lighting" is so dim we didn't see it turn on, but the actual setup of the device was actually going FINE. Ours is mounted high on the side of a kitchen cabinet to better pick up the doorbell's signal and better deliver it to the existing WIFI. DO NOT try to use a normal wifi extender, get this device and enjoy the added convenience of the integrated chime.

This extended works fantastic! The sales associate in the store was super helpful. Stores are always clean, the ease of using my Best Buy credit card is fantastic. The store is local and parking is easy. A win win!

A friend recommended this and I am very pleased with how it operates. Was very easy to set up but, because I have steel siding, I had to buy the Ring WiFi extender to get a useable connection. I like being notified about activity remotely on my phone; also the live view function.

It is as described. It does exactly what it claims and adds one more ringer to my doorbell.

The doorbell wouldn't work without the Wi-Fi booster and chime. Also the doorbell signal even with the booster sometimes says poor signal but seems to be working just fine. Before the booster there was no picture or sound when someone was at the doorbell

I bought a ring doorbell recently and was disappointed that the signal from my router wasn’t strong enough for good connectivity. Happy to find out that Ring offers this wi-fi extender and it boosted the signal so that the doorbell now works well.

I have the ring doorbell camera and love it. The only problem was I am a little hard of hearing. The chime booster allows me to hear the door bell anywhere in the house without me having to have my phone in my pocket

After installing a camera for backyard I needed a WiFi boost since my router had obstructions between it and the new camera and this helped immensely and the chime helps if you don’t have your phone with you if there is motion or doorbell is rung

Really adds to your Ring doorbell. Not only is it range extender for the cameras it also is a programmable chime for audible alerts in your house. Tone can be changed to lots of different sounds.

Did exactly what I needed. I had a sensor on the side of my house farthest away from the base unit and kept losing connection. Put this on a plug near the door and haven't had a problem since. So for my situation it worked perfectly.
