It boost my ring signal so I know it will be in range and I love how it makes a ring noise in the house so I know someone's at the door even if my phone isn't in hand.

The device was a excellent edition to my Ring door bell. It was really easy to setup. I'd recommend it to any one with any of the Ring devices.

I needed to get this because my wired doorbell was a light ping when I connected the Ring Pro. I can adjust the Ring volume now it is louder.

The Chim Pro like all Ring products is very easy to set up and works well. If your wifi signal is a little weak in an area plug this in and it solves the problem.

A very difficult install, including hours of tech support with Ring support to try and get the Chime Pro working. Finally gave up the WiFi to the doorbell was good enough without needing this. It came as part of a bundle (doorbell + chime pro) so it wasn't so much the money as disappointment.
