Didn’t really improve video quality

Before purchasing the Chime Pro, the video doorbell 2 reported it’s connection was ‘ok.’ After installation all connections report as ’good’, but that hasn’t fixed the freezing video.

Initially fine, then started going offline.

Then I started getting frequent off-line errors and then it finally quit altogether. No pulsing light no set up ability. I’ll buy another one since it goes with the ring system and hope for better quality.

Good single product but I have other problems.

I have complained continuously to the company halve heard back from them but with little success in fixing the proble. They are working on it and I believe it will be fixed soon as it is programming problem. They have shown that they really care and just can not fix it as of yet. I am hopeful to hear back from them next week and they will give me an update, They are intended to my problem,

Extend the Ring Tone
