    Was having an issue with choppy video and connectivity on my Ring 2. This gives a stronger signal and mostly took care of it. Wish it had an option to turn light on it down or off, but not a deal breaker. I think a regular wifi extender would be just as good if you don't care about hearing the ring tone from the device.

    My Ring doorbell 2 is on the other side of my house. I put extender in my bedroom which is above the doorbell and it has improved the signal. Since it is also a chime it has helped alert us upstairs. I will be adding another to the in-law apartment to help signal strength and alert my mother-in-law.
