We have a ring spotlight camera in the backyard and the wi-fi modem is on the other side of the house and the opposite end of the house. The camera wasn't working without the Chime Pro but once we plugged it in and set it up we now have good reception with the camera. We would definitely recommend this product.

We needed it for our front gate which is about 75 ft. from our front door it didn't provide enough strength to do what we expected.

Fairly misleading on the box and information. If you have a large house, this may be needed, but not necessary if your wifi router is centrally located. Don't necessarily recommend this product.
