Before my purchase of this product, I was relying on my cell phone to notify me when someone was at my door. With this product, I can now hear my doorbell even when my phone is nowhere near me.

Bought this for two reasons, first I needed the chime for the doorbell and the second I wanted to make sure my camera didn't drop signal on my network. So far I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Great wifi booster and chime for Ring devices. It has many different sounds you can choose from for chimes, by using the app. It has a blue light letting you know it's working. The blue light flashes when wifi isn't connected. It has good range.

This did what we needed to get the level of service to make our RING work - just wish we hadn't have needed "something more" to get the product to work, even with our wifi 12 feet away from the RING.

Works great. I had an outdoor camera that kept dropping off from my indoor Wi-Fi access point. I added this device in place of my other chime and it works great both as a chime and in extending the coverage to the outdoor cameras that were having problems

My router is at the back of my home and my door bell is at the front. Weak signal to the ring did not allow it to work properly. Purchased the Chime extender and it boosted the signal enough to allow a stronger signal, now my ring doorbell and camera works well.

One thing they don’t tell ya is that this extender is for ring products only??? It works but the range isn’t what I expected. Chime works well tho

After replacing my doorbell which only “ding” with a Ring Video Doorbell the “ding” stopped. Needless to say, the transformer/transmitter needed to be replaced. Instead of doing that, I purchased the Ring Chime Pro. It was easy to set up and now I have various ring tones to select from.

Though coverage remains less than ideal, the video streaming has improved quite a bit. In short, video no longer as choppy and it's enough of an enhancement that I feel it's worth the investment.

It does extend the range as expected but I just wish the changing of the doorbell sounds as they seem fun to experience! It loads then says error when it tries to save the new sound.

This item works well and does exactly what it's supposed to. The volume level can be increased enough in order for everyone in the house to hear it - no matter where they may be - and there are enough sounds available in order for you to find something that suffices. Thank you kindly!

Great bell. I didn't have a bell notification in the basement, so I purchased this item . Now I can be in the basement of my home and will not miss another notification that someone is at the door. Also this is another Ring product, love it.

Chime Pro works well as a chime but not as well as an extender. To be fair, ours is an older house with plaster and lathe with a brick exterior and the signal that gets to the Ring Video Doorbell did not get much of a boost.

I bought the ring doorbell and chime. But honestly no one even uses my front door except the post man and unless I'm in the shower I can hear when anyone knocks. I think I'm good with just cameras. But that's me. Not a bad product I just don't need it.

Bought it because my ring doorbell 2 didn’t have a great connection. This seemed to help a little. Next step is upgrading the router to see if that helps.

It's nice to have because the tones are pretty loud, but as far as an internet extender, that didn't really work for us. We didn't notice a stronger connection with it.

The ring alerts me when someone or something has passed the camera window. Unfortunately that includes a car or truck driving in front of my house. I wish it were only someone coming on my porch or at my front door.

We love that you can customize the ring tones depending if it is picking up motion or someone is ringing the bell. As an added bonus, it drives the dogs crazy, so if someone is breaking in, it sounds like we have a pack of dogs inside to scare them away.

Loud Ring allows for pretty whole home usage in noticing doorbell being rung. Some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity sometimes but overall works great!

After trying the Ring cameras without the Internet booster or otherwise known as chime pro, The device did give some assistance and created better reception in conjunction with camera use.
