It extends to front or back doors in my house, but not big enough range to get both, even if it’s within the range stated on box. Otherwise works as described

Had a weak signal at my ring flood light and spotlight. Got this just for WiFi extender for just those device. Had to shut of the chime for those devices.

Great way to extend out the WiFi and have the ring chime inside the house. The ring doorbell does not chime in the house without this. You can get one with just the chime or this extender that has both.

Product integrates seamlessly and easily with existing WiFi network. Coverage area, reliability, and connectivity is a lot better with little to no interruption in service. Sensitivity of motion sensor is very good with almost no lag.

Great product I still not sure where’s the best place for set up probably gunna have geek squad come out to help

Great product that enhances the Ring capabilities. Lets you hear the doorbell wherever its plugged in. Only downfall is that the speaker could be a bit better and louder.

We had the ring doorbell for a few months and was having some issues with the signal so we decided to buy and try this extender. What a great buy. My husband and I are very please with the way it's working so far.

This definitely helped to extend my wifi. It was a little harder to set up than the touted 5 min install, but I called ring for help & they were very helpful. So glad I purchased this product.

When I answered the Ring Doorbell, the person on the other side was hard to understand. The ring to sticks kinder solved the problem. The clarity of the person on the other side of the door is 100% better.

This is a really nice addition to the Ring doorbell if you don’t currently have a wired doorbell. Would like it to be a little louder.

I have the battery Ring doorbell. My signal strength was at -65 as my router is located on the 2nd floor and the doorbell is directly down the stairs outside. I was told in the store that the Ring Pro would improve the signal strength. After installation of the Ring Pro in an electrical outlet 6 ft. from the doorbell, there was no improvement and the signal strength is -66.

When I purchased the ring doorbell I also purchased the chime accessories as I spend a lot of time outside. I can hear it anywhere inside and outside the house. Great addition. Nice if you cannot hardwire the ring it is wireless.

Great device to have, in case someone is at or near your door and your phone is not right next to you, you can still hear the notifications. Plus it has lots of available tones, even holiday ones!

I was unsuccessful after several attempts. Even when move Chime Pro to 5 feet of my modem/router. I install a Ring Flood Light Cam in front of my garage. However, my modem/rougter is in the room back of my house. Thought Ring Chime Pro would extend wifi signal to the Flood light cam but I have difficulty make this work. Chime Pro cannot be activated for unknown reason; even several changings locations. I end up putting a new Google home wifi system, and this make the flood light cam work.

We were having an issue with the bandwidth with our Xfinity service in connecting with our Ring security camera. We were told that this unit would boost our bandwidth to allow us to view live camera shots. Unfortunately, this unit did not resolve our issue and we had to go back to Xfinity to purchase their WiFi extender pods to increase our bandwidth. Very frustrated with Xfinity ... This unit could work for other WiFi services, but not Xfinity.

It did exactly what it was intended but I realized it wasn't worth it. Because we always have our phones on or near us and you can get the same chime alert from your phone as long as its not on silent. So I ended up returning it. Also never liked extender feature in any products. If you need that I recommend upgrading to mesh network because its so worth it because no more complaints about WiFi ever since.

It is ok! Does not do a great job in extending Wi-Fi but it does a great job as a door chime.

Like this product. It works as if you have a doorbell. It chimes whenever there is motion detected in the alert zone that you designate.

My WiFi was not strong enough to use my Ring doorbell, without this booster. It is just what I need and works great- all the time.

Our outside doorbell quit working and the wiring is deep within the woodwork. This Ring Chime replaced that doorbell and is quite loud inside the house......you can definitely hear it.
