I bought the ring pro doorbell and it didn’t work with my original charm had to buy this ring charm and it works great very loud and very easy to decrease very good product for the price

Bought this as I could not hear the doorbell in my room easy 5 min install and was able to hear the doorbell also functions as a WiFi range extender if your doorbell is to far from you router

Works great. Helps to extend the Wi-Fi throughout the house so we can hear the chime ring in any room, you can set the level of volume so you can hear it around the house and it works great

using it just to get around a blind spot corner for my outdoor security Ring camera. easy setup and works consistent.

Love this Ring Doorbell. The wifi is very extendable. You can't go wrong with customizing your ringtones. Volume can go as high as hearing the doorbell from upstair and downstairs.

I may not have needed this but I am sure glad I got it! I am now confident that I will hear the doorbell no matter where I am in my house. Very simple to install!

Difficult to find a suitable location but I finally got it to work with my doorbell cam. Never got it to work with my outdoor stick-up cams. Had to get another wi-if extender.

This was a great addition to my ring video door bell and spotlight cam. It is extremely loud and customizable. Extended my wifi range tremendously. Very pleased over all.

Brought it...just plugged it in, downloaded the app on my apple Ipad & followed the prompts...My Ring Pro doorbell sound was able to be customized which made it very distinct

For $20 more you get the extender with the chime, weather you need it to extend your WiFi or not this is the better way to go. Works well love all the programmable tones.

Unfortunately, the location of our doorbell was way too far from the router and the Ring would constantly lose connection. Installed the chime pro, set it up in the Ring app, and it fixed the problem. Setting it up was a bit of a challenge and took a few attempts and resets but it worked well once it was connected.

This device is great! It works to extend your wifi to any Ring devices, and it also allows you to hear a doorbell from anywhere in the house! We keep ours in the master bathroom!

Easy to set up. Purchased to go along with The Ring as our house is brick and we were getting a poor WiFi signal. The Chime Pro has helped solve our problem.

Lost the connection a couple of times but for the most part it stays connected and does extend my wi-fi signal
