We purchased this to help get the signal to our door that was downstairs. We plugged it on right at the bottom of the steps and my doorbell has not had a WiFi connection problem since.

I had to purchase this product so as I could connect the Ring Doorbell to our security system. We have had no issues with the quality and performance of the product.

This is a good product it gives you security and instant access. I believe it is reasonably priced and relatively easy to install. I'm very happy with it

I use this because I had a weak link from my modem/router to my Ring Doorbells. Since installing it the connection has been better. Also, I now have the chime alert on this device.

Worked as expected had issue of WiFi not staying connected and this solved it by placing in power outlet just inside front door.

Easy to set up. The WiFi is toward the back of the house, and honestly, in my opinion, isn’t that far from the Ring Floodlight cam. With this extender, there is a lot less lag. Not perfect but acceptable

this product was definitely worth purchasing. before, our ring camera would have trouble connecting to the wifi, but after installing this device our camera is always working properly.

The Ring products are fantastic and easy to install. The wi-fi capabilities are excellent and it is very easy to monitor and recharge batteries when needed. The best product!

I bought the Wi-Fi extender and the Ring floodlight. I needed the Wi-Fi extender to reach the floodlight in my driveway about 80-100 ft from the house. The extender connected to my ring doorbell 2 immediately. I also use the echo show 5 to view my Ring cameras in multiple rooms. I could not get the echo show 5 to connect to the Wi-Fi extender so I could not view the doorbell camera. I disconnected the Wi-Fi extender and connected the doorbell 2 to my hoe Wi-Fi and it works perfectly with the echo show 5. I ultimately returned the Wi-Fi extender and floodlight since it would not work as I had hoped.

This device really helps my husband, who lost his hearing considerably over the years, hear the doorbell. It is also fun to use since you can set up different ring sounds.

The ring chime pro WiFi extender worked exact lt as stated. It increases the WiFi signal and helped my ring pro work much better. I also love that you can customize your tones. Great product.

The chime works and it is detected by other Ring devices. Sometimes there is a lag from when the doorbell is rung and the chime rings.

It is doing what it is intended to do. Keeping my Ring Doorbell online and operating. It seems that my wi-fi needed a signal boost.

This is a necessary accessory i you want to actually hear your Ring doorbell while at home without using your smart phone! It claims to be a range extender, but has difficulties maintaining a signal between my front yard motion spotlight and my backyard motion spotlight. Total distance from each other is less than 100 feet, but my house is between them and I guess the signal isn't always strong enough to go through glass.

Perfect companion for the Ring dorrbells. its ability to act as a signal booster for the ring doorbell is also a plus. the only downside is that its proprietary so you cant use with other doorbell brands

This was exactly what my father-in-law needed for the Ring Floodlights, They were on the opposite side of his home from the wifi and the signal wasn't great, this made them work perfectly!

Having a better than average wifi extender plus a choice of chimes made it an easy choice for me. Also price was reasonable.

I installed the ring doorbell. The chime works well in my Den the room that is farthest from the doorbell. I was difficult to hear the doorbell until I purchased this device. Works well.

This is a must have if you have a ring doorbell system. The ring works much better with a strong wifi connection. I would highly recommend it.

I purchase the ring for my home a few months ago. I also purchased a chime pro. I recently upgraded to a Chime Pro ext. It does make a big difference with my WiFi. I am very happy with it.
