Oh no, I am so sorry to hear this, however, I am confident that I can help. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front of the house.
