Great company, not sure on this product

Bought this as a range extender, but not sure if it's working well. Had to call Ring tech support and they were very helpful getting it going. American tech too! That was unexpected. No doorbell action yet, but hoping it comes through like the rest of the Ring family of products.

I purchased the Chime Pro and my device strength for the Chime Pro is in the low 30s which is good but my device strength for the Ring doorbell is now in the low 80s which is still bad. I might as well left it at the store

Did not extend Wifi

It's ok for the chimes; however, it definitely does NOT extend wifi. In fact, it reduced my wifi connection to my Ring Video Doorbell. Do not purchase! I returned it.
