[Employee of bestbuy] 6'2" tall ....it great however it doesnt get to L5/S1 where most of my pain is ....hopefully they come out with an XL model

This Chirp Contour compression table was amazing while it worked. I purchased in January 2026 and it stopped working in mid April 2026. No power, no movement, NOTHING!! I did not expect to spend $500 on this device only for it to work for 4 months. Now, because I did not enroll in a service plan with my purchase, I have to reach out to Chirp directly to resolve the matter. Chirp is only available via phone or email M-F, 9-5 MT. This makes it challenging to resolve the matter on such a high ticketed item. We'll see what they offer for resolution options at this point, I'm highly disappointed as the device was amazing while it was functional. Wish me luck....

Massager works as advertised, especially after you save profiles to the device for height adjustments. Works great for post and pre workouts.

Great for relaxing at the end of the day. Neck massage and heat are a great bonus.

this is a good back massager. but not so much as a neck massager. And i have to admit chirp has relieved me of some back pains. My only gripe is when the neck and back massager is on, i find myself lifting my torso up to jam my neck towards the kneeding neck massager. Rendering the back massager useless. i wish you can adjust it more higher, height wise to hit that spot.

Amazing massager! Relief after one use. Got knots out I didn’t know I had. I was hesitant because of the price but it’s well worth it and will save me thousands in massages elsewhere.

I kept seeing this pop up on instagram and figured I would try it out. I was able to snag the Black Friday deal as well. It comes right out of the box ready to use. The heat works instantly and feels fantastic. I personally love the decompression setting. It helps my back rest, open up and generally is a relaxing experience. Feels like it’s built well but only had it a week so far and used it daily.

My dad loves it. It was a birthday gift for him and he’s older and has back pain and he says this really helps!

Does what is advertised to do! It gets the neck and back like a foam roller would, but with less effort.

I love it!! It’s unbelievable how relaxed I feel after spending only 10-15 minutes using this a day. I love that it has an option for heat and that you can change the rollers out, depending on how deep you want the massage to be. This has been a game changer and helps me relax before I go to bed.

The Chirp Contour is a great at-home device. It’s very customizable, allows you to adjust the wheels and heights, and has a save settings function for multiple users. The only downside is that it only includes 3 of the 5 rollers. The other two rollers are only sold separately through Chirp directly and cost an extra $60.

This has helped my wife's back pain more than anything else she has tried.

Wishing the roll track would extend a little bit longer, but not bad. Also wish the track didn’t change in the middle of the stretch in the middle of my upper back releasing building pressure and tension release.
