In addition to many of the usual Christmas songs, the CD includes Pat-a-pan, and Riu Riu Chiu which are new to me. David has made so much progress since his debut on Idol, that I'd swear his tonal range has increased. David's interpretation of these songs will have me putting my other Christmas albums in a garage sale. After his Idol season, he was given an award as the most promising new entertainer, and during his acceptance he sang "Contigo En la Distancia" - a very romantic hispanic song, and his interpretation was simply amazing. That same skill was obvious in "Christmas from the Heart" Contigo En La Distancia can bee seen and viewed at YOU TUBE by typing his name and searching the offerings, or his name along with Contigo En La Distancia. David's "Christmas from the Heart" is a definite Best Buy.

Anyone who thought David could only sing pop hits will be pleasantly surprised to hear that powerful voice of his belting out Christmas ballads for this CD. His voice and Christmas spirit will make this Christmas album one to remember. With new soon-to-be favorites like "Pat-A-Pan" and "Riu Riu Chiu", this album will delight anyone who listens. This album is great to listen to at any time, day, night, or just when you feel like listening to something different, I would definitely recommend it to any David or Christmas fan in general. :)

I LOVE this Christmas CD by David Archuleta! His vocals are amazing & the orchestral accompaniment is outstanding! There are some fun traditional holiday songs, but for me the best part was the Christmas hymns that David sings like no one else does! My favorite tracks are Silent NIght, O Holy Night & What Child Is This. The more I listen to the CD, the more that the other songs become favorites as well. I enjoyed hearing David sing in French, Spanish & Latin also. This will defintiely be my new favorite Chirstmas album to play!

David takes many of the familiar Christmas Carol and puts his usual twist on it and is so enjoyable to listen to. I have enjoyed hearing him sing since American Idol and can't wait for more!

This is a fantastic Christmas album full of traditional songs sung beautifully by David. The arrangements are very tastefully done and every song sounds familiar and yet fresh.

Every single song on this CD is amazing and David sings it in a way like you've never heard it before. The songs are heartfelt and David's voice is simply breathtaking.

Great Christmas music by an awsome artist. He sings these songs so well.

A few of the songs were sung mostly in Spanish. I wish I had know that. I still would have would have most likely purchased it. David, has a great sound for Christmas Music.
