Interesting take on the story of Pooh and his friends and the interaction of live action actors in relationship to the new story. The story is a nice twist on the old classic story and how the hundred acre woods characters are brought to life is pretty cool. The voice of Pooh could be Sterling Holloway and I do miss the voices of Eeyor, Tigger and Piglett but after their introduction, it won't matter. Pooh fans from the sixties, like me, will LOVE this work and the entire story.

Hubby and I watched this on date night while the kids were away. We are glad the kids weren't around as I don't think they would have liked it! The movie started off slow and depressing. It did improve as the movie went on.

Now, this was something I didn't expect to enjoy. Yet, it appealed to me because I grew up; like some of us, on Winnie the Pooh. It was very touching for me but not in the sense I'd give it a standing ovation. It's very good.

I always enjoyed the Winnie the Pooh characters as a kid. This movie tells the story of an adult Christopher Robin dealing with life's struggles. It is a sweet movie that makes you feel good at the end. I would recommend this movie for somebody looking for a sweet family film

Saw this movie on a Disney Cruise and knew it was going to be added to the collection I have a t home! Ewan MacGregor is exemplary in the role of the grown-up Christopher and Jim Cummings - who voiced Pooh and Tigger in the movie (and Pooh in the animated series) - reprised his role with customary Pooh optimism and curiosity. Recommend highly for any family and any Disneyphile out there!

Christopher Robin, now grown up with a family of his own, is running into work problems in his life. While sitting in a park bemoaning life's injustices, along comes Pooh! Silly Little Pooh leads grown-up Christopher Robin on a new adventure. Christopher recaptures the magic and joy of his youth and the value of his family today. Great family film for children of all ages!!

Disney out did themselves with this amazing twist on a childhood tale. Christopher Robin from an adult view with a child learning and seeing their parents childhood though another pair of eyes. Highly recommend this movie for the whole family. Anyone who grew up loving Pooh, Tigger, and the rest of the crew will fall for this one with tears, happy ones in their eyes.

Christopher is all grown up, but he still has the heart of a kind little boy. The "stuffed" animals are magic, (wish I could have on), Pooh is wise as only Pooh can be and finding long lost friends should always end so well. Don't expect fast action or any sly jokes. Expect Pooh and Christopher and company. Marvelous, gentle and worth watching every minute.

Both my wife and I grew up loving Winnie the Pooh. This movie takes all that we read and watched then and continues it. It has times where you will laugh and times where you will cry. It's an amazing story that the whole family can watch and enjoy. This story brings your childhood to adulthood and will help you to never forget a "Silly old bear".

Everything I was expecting. Love Disney and this was one of the really great ones. Love Pooh, and the gang. I highly recommend this movie to everyone who wants to watch a good movie with small children, teenagers, or adults, that is clean, fun and just plain happy. It is a feel good movie. Whatever makes you feel good (that is legal) is good.

People say that there are no good family films. They haven't seen this one. It seems what's need is more cgi bears. Between this and Paddington, i find myself smiling and enjoying myself as I watch a family film where flatulence and bodily fluids are the punchline to dead humor. Watch this and enjoy a perfect follow-up to the originals.
